| The Vial of Life give emergency responders access to important medical information and other information in times of an emergency. The Vial of Life is simple. Pick up a kit from the Safety Center, Lindsborg Rural Health Clinic, Lindsborg Community Hospital or Apotek Pharmacy. Fill out the information and place it in the vial and then put it in your refrigerator. The kit also comes with a sticker for the door and magnet for the refrigerator to alert Lindsborg EMS. Remember to update your medication information each time you visit your doctor. |
