In March, the State of Kansas will award Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to cities for housing rehabilitation. The City of Lindsborg plans to apply for this funding to assist low-to-moderate income homeowners with needed home repairs. If awarded, eligible homes may receive up to $25,000 in rehabilitation assistance. To qualify for funding, the City must show interest from income-eligible residents through pre-applications. 

We are hosting a housing meeting on February 19 at 6:00pm for anyone interested in learning more or who may qualify for funding. Households that submit a pre-application will receive priority consideration when funds are available. 

Pre-application forms can be turned in to Maci at execadmin@lindsborgcity.org or dropped off at City Hall. The deadline for pre-applications is March 9, 2026.
