The Design Review Board consists of five members, all of whom shall be taxpayers and residents of the City of Lindsborg. Two members shall be owners or operators of currently active businesses located within city limits. Members are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council serving three year terms.

Duties of the Design Review Board:
a. Approve all business signs before they are installed.
b. Approve of all structural, design or facade change to any building in the C-2 business district.
