    On November 5, 2017, a new exhibit will be presented at the Birger Sandzen Memorial Art Gallery. It will include Paintings by Rich Thibodeau, Marquette, KS; Works by Clark Britton, Wichita, KS; A Restless Regionalist: the Art of Joe Jones from the Moffett Collection; Annual Holiday Gift Show. A reception will be held on Sunday, November 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. with artists’ talks beginning at 2:30 p.m.

  2. Artists' Studio Open House

    December 2, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM @ Various Locations around Lindsborg.

    The Artists' Studio Open House event focuses on an opportunity to see artists in their working studios and visit local art galleries and museums. Also, it is an opportunity for you to experience firsthand the working environments of area artists. There will be an abundance of art available in all mediums to purchase for yourself of anyone on your list. Holiday treats will be served at many of the studios and galleries, and musicians will entertain as you browse and enjoy the artwork. The Christmas Artists’ Studio Open House brochure may be picked up at the Red Barn Studio, 212 South Main, Lindsborg, and at participating studios. A sign will be placed at each studio for easy identification. The brochure lists participating artists and provides a photo and a brief description of their work, along with a map indicating their location. The event is sponsored by the Raymer Society for the Arts, the Lindsborg Arts Council, and the participating artists.

  3. Snowflake Parade

    December 2, 11:00 AM @ Downtown Lindsborg

    The Snowflake Parade is bigger and better than ever! The parade will be led by Frosty the Snowman and followed by Lindsborg’s police & firefighter department. A hay rack will be available for impromptu participants to ride on and we are encouraging people to wear Christmas hats and bring bells. Don't just come and watch, plan to be in the parade—all angels, Santa's, snowballs, elves, bells, snowflakes, fairies etc. are welcome. Santa will be attending the parade and handy for the kids to tell their wish lists. Businesses will be offering treats and Christmas goodies. Snowflake royalty will be riding in the parade! Come join in the Christmas fun!
